Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Caterpillar International Academy from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
