1. Information We Collect

Information you submit through the contact form: first name, last name, email address, phone number, when you are looking to enroll or tour, the class you are interested in, and whether your child is currently enrolled in school.

Technical information collected automatically: your IP address and browser user agent (used for spam protection on the contact form), and standard server log data from our hosting provider. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which captures aggregate page-view and performance data without setting cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit only to:

• Respond to your inquiry and follow up about tours, enrollment, or other questions you raise.
• Schedule and conduct tours of our facility.
• Send you administrative communications related to your inquiry.
• Protect the contact form against spam and abuse.
• Improve the performance and reliability of the website.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for marketing purposes. We do not use your information for behavioral advertising.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the website:

• Resend — delivers contact-form submissions to our enrollment inbox.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on the contact form. Receives your IP address as part of the verification challenge.
• Vercel — hosts the website and provides aggregate, cookieless analytics.
• Google Maps — embedded map on the Contact page; subject to Google’s own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of children, families, or staff at our school.

4. Children’s Privacy

This website is directed to parents and guardians, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Information about a child that is submitted through the contact form is provided by the parent or guardian on the child’s behalf and is used solely to respond to the inquiry.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through this website without parental consent, please contact us at enroll@caterpillarintlacademy.com and we will delete the information promptly.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie strictly to remember that you completed the bot-protection challenge. Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar trackers.

6. Data Retention

We retain contact-form submissions in our enrollment inbox for as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry and for our internal records. You may request deletion at any time by emailing enroll@caterpillarintlacademy.com.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to the information we have about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or ask us to delete your information. To make a request, email enroll@caterpillarintlacademy.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

California residents: the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) give you the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

EU/UK residents: our lawful basis for processing your information is your consent (when you submit the contact form) and our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect information in transit (TLS) and at rest. The contact form is protected against spam and abuse via Cloudflare Turnstile and server-side input validation. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we will notify affected individuals if a breach materially affects them, as required by applicable law.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on the website.
